 No, it was an award I didn't even know about until it was given to me.

 Yes, but there are others that do also.

 All Pre-AP
What's your favorite class?
 Math.
Is it hard to maintain your grades?
Yes, there's lots of homework.
How many hours of homework do you usually have?
 About two every night. 
Do you do any extra-curricular activities?
 I play lacrosse.

 On my own in a quiet room.
What do you struggle with in school?
 English.
What are your plans after you graduate high school?
 Go to college and med. school.
What do you want to do when you're older?
 Doctor.
Do you have any role models?
 My parents.
How did your family and teachers react to the news?
 They were very proud and thought I deserved it.
Was all your hard work worth it?
 Yes, it was a great accomplishment. 
What do you do to keep yourself from becoming demotivated?
 Always look to the future, like how it's allowing me to go to college.

 Very important.
What exactly does student of the month mean?
 It means all of your hard work pays off.

 Yes, teachers are nicer.
